New web-based CRM

The manufacturer Prodatis now has released the latest version of its CRM system AVE!. It expands with the functions of an Enterprise Resource Planning Systems.

The CRM is like I said web-based and thus can very easily can be used with different computers. It is advisable to use for midsize companies.

The new Customer Relationship Management provides, inter alia, a customer relationship management, partner management, an offer module, an accounting module, an inventory management, product management and also even a project or event management.

    Never heard of them. How is their customer support? What type of functions do they offer like: marketing automation, lead capture, reportingm etc? What about customization also, are they customizable meaning I can customize the layout of the database to enter in company related data? sounds like they have good integrations… Good blog.
