2008 Microsoft wants to publish a new release of its Dynamics CRM. This new release is contrary to the older Version addressed to middle class customers and also to big customers.

In the new version, amounts get indicated directly in the respective national currency and also the landspreading communication has been improved.

In addition, the users will also profit from this new release. The user surface is more clearly and autocompleting functions is for the users to facilitate the inputs. The 2008 release also contains a better searching-function.

A further release 2008 novelty is that it is also possible now to work the off-line mode.That was not possible with Microsoft Dynamics CRM version 3.0, but the Workflow now is identical in the on-line as well as in the off-line mode.
